MEET YOUR NEW SUNDAY ROUTINE

After facing overwhelming health challenges and the loss of her sister, Chelsea sought a way to bring purpose and clarity into her daily life. She began focusing on simple, mindful tasks, setting intentions, and striving to create meaningful routines. Inspired by the desire to honor her sister and support her surviving children, Olivea and Julyan, Poppy + Lily was created to provide the tools for this journey.

Sunday Routine is the practice of that mission. It is a space dedicated to the science-backed rituals that allow us to reset and move forward with clarity. We believe that self-care is a foundational pillar of mental health, and our routines are designed to turn the act of intention-setting into a tangible, restorative experience. Because our mission is rooted in healing, we are committed to supporting the next generation. 10% of all proceeds from Poppy + Lily are dedicated to mental health and substance abuse initiatives, specifically helping children who have lost, or are at risk of losing, a parent due to these issues.
